Eòlach began around a table. Gathering, sharing food and meeting people.
Our retreats take that feeling somewhere new.
Across the year, we’ll gather in thoughtful places for small, seasonal escapes shaped by the landscape around us. Each one will make room for the things that can so easily get lost in the everyday: time outdoors, food made together, hands-on making, meaningful conversation and proper rest.
There will be a different rhythm to every retreat, but the intention will remain the same: to step away from the usual pace and return feeling more connected.
No pressure to perform. No need to arrive as anything other than you are.

First gathering / Winter 2027
Bamff eco estate
Our first Eòlach retreat is a few days away in the quiet of winter.
We’ll be staying in off-grid cabins at Bamff Eco Estate in perthshire. Across four unhurried days, we’ll gather around the fire, cook and eat together, make with our hands and give ourselves space to settle.
"embodied with jenna" will guide us in yoga, movement and breath-led practices; forest bathing, a warming cacao ceremony and time in the sauna. We’ll also spend time with Katy Eccles of Imprint Casts, looking more closely at the natural world and then making our own casts from what we find. around the communal table, Verity of Eòlach will guide our fire-cooking sessions — from building and tending the fire to cooking with flame and embers. after dinner, you return to a lit fire in your own off grid whitmanesque cabin for some R&R. if we are lucky we will see some wild ponies and beavers.
