Verity always looked so calm and in control in the kitchen and it seemed like Jenny had an identical twin - she was always in the right spot at the right time!

We had the most incredible experience with Eòlach (headed by Jenny and Verity), who catered for our small wedding of 14 people and helped make our day truly unforgettable. They were recommended by our celebrant and the reasons why were evident the moment we got in contact and when they arrived on the day: their warmth, professionalism, and genuine friendliness put us completely at ease.
The food was out of this world – a perfect balance of comfort and fine dining. The Cullen skink was incredible- nothing like anything we had eaten before, followed by perfectly cooked hake that was fresh and melting in the mouth. And the lemon posset? Light, zesty, and absolutely divine – the perfect sweet finish.
Enjoying these stunning dishes while taking in the breathtaking views over Lochalsh created a moment we’ll treasure forever. Eòlach catered our wedding in Argyll this summer with a buffet for about 115 guests. Everything was brilliant: the food was delicious, the presentation was beautiful and everything ran really smoothly. All the communication and planning beforehand was crystal clear and professional. Jenny and Verity were lovely and we were so pleased to have them doing the catering. I've already said that the food was great, but want to give a special shout out for the chocolate hazelnut torte. Wow. We were so happy with the food and our guests were too. Thank you!

The team at Eòlach, under the expert care and direction of Jenny and Verity, catered our wedding on Skye. We couldn't recommend them highly enough. Jenny's calm demeanour and eye for detail meant the day ran like clockwork; and chef Verity's locally sourced and seasonal menu was superb. Highlights for us included favours of homemade tablet, moreish canapés, tender venison and fruit crumble.
